The Cure – Disintegration Album Review [Video]

One of the most popular album associated with goth music, a pinnacle of effects laden sad music, a collection of Robert Smith’s tear-drenched jingles resulting from a midlife crisis…well maybe something like that.

Did you know I first started reviewing The Cure’s albums in 2015? I can’t believe it’s been almost 5 years. I think outside of the podcast I’ve covered a total of 2 (Three Imaginary Boys & 17 Seconds), but I’ve done different books and other topics relating to the band. I’m always hesitant to cover their albums because it’s such a popular topic and they mean so much to fans.

My Top 5 Books of 2019 [Video]

This whole video came about because I read A LOT, but there are certain books I’m not sure I feel like dedicating a video to. It honestly may have just been an excuse to talk about TekWar. I enjoy doing these more casual videos as it feels like much more of an actual conversation with everyone watching.

My Trip to the Seattle Gothic Picnic 2019 [Video]

Mak and I took a trip down to Seattle for the Seattle Gothic Picnic. It was a pretty warm that day. I think you can see my makeup slowly melting off my face at parts. Lakeview Cemetery is extremely beautiful. You only get to see a brief moment of it in the video as I’m randomly mumbling in the microphone, but it’s actually huge. I think this video turned out a little chaotic. I cut the footage waaayyy down to make it slightly more coherent. These types of videos are fun to make, but often times are time consuming to edit. There’s a massive amount of footage that needs to be edited into a coherent video.

American McGee’s Alice Review [Video]

Creating a video game review was surprisingly difficult. There was a lot more to cover than most of the other things I discuss. I actually started this video last year, but put it off because I really didn’t think anyone would be interested in this subject. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this different type of video.

I actually recorded the footage for this episode last year and put off finishing it in favor of other videos.  You can actually see that my save file lists it as 9/1/2018. I was really hesitant to make a game review as it just isn’t something I’m used to creating.
